Roland VT-4 and midi keyboard with USB-B connection?!?!

I’ve just ordered a Roland VT-4 which has a 5 pin midi input for a midi keyboard, my m-audio keyrig 49 doesn’t have a midi out on it, only a USB-B connection. it seems like a USB-B (male) to 5 pin midi cable doesn’t exist (can only find a USB-A to midi cable) so with converters, will this work to save me going out to but another midi keyboard which has a midi out? baring in mind the keyrig49 doesn’t have an independent power source so it would need to be powered by the VT-4
