Do YOU love Roland?

Post by GMayle »

No inbetweeners here, it's yes or no.
Forget about all the money they're making. Forget about the unattainable price of the Fantom 6. Forget about the analogue remakes that Behringer made instead. Forget about all that stuff

Do you love Roland Yes/No

Well yeah, of course!
Decades and decades of great instruments and innovation. Sure not every piece is a classic, and sure that don't do every single things each customer wants them to, but to me it's undeniable that they have made some incredible instruments that have fueled great recordings. I bought my first Roland / Boss gear in 1983, and still have it, along with classic rack gear (SRV-3000, SDE-2500, SDE-330, SVC-350), a Space Echo, D-110. MKS-50, JV-880, Integra7, MC-707, System 500, 5 Boutiques and 9 Boss pedals.

Hands down one of my favorite electronic instrument manufacturers - LOVE Roland!

Absolutely yes. The instruments I mean, not the manuals... ;-)

Yes, Roland, your manuals aren't going to win an award.
We use the internet search engines more than the manuals, but we still love you....a bit

Yes, although I haven't bought any Roland gear since I got a JD-XA almost 6 years ago. Maybe "love" is too strong a word, my meter may have backed off to "like".

Ha ha, that made me laugh!

We need a scale maybe from 'fond of' to 'besotted by' 😄
