FA06 studio set memory lost

Hello, few days ago, after transportation to the studio, this happened to my FA06 : all saved studio sets in the "user" section restored to "init studio" and all prisets in them to default piano !!
After a mild nervous breakdown, I realized that actually all sound are stil in the right channels (you can play the bass, but it says it is piano on the screen xD) but all other settings are lost (splits, groups assigned to pads etc). What's worse, no new setting can be saved by writing the studio set, the moment it is turned off and on again, everything is lost!
I've used it with no problems for 3 years and this happened suddenly so I believe something hapened to the hardware (it was cold, it was upside down at one point..)
Any ideas would be really helpful !
