Playing the main riff from 'A Little Respect' by Erasure

I'm a newbie so please go gentle with me!

I'm trying to figure out the best live way of playing the main riff from 'A Little Respect' by Erasure.

I've recorded the rhythm as a track in the sequencer and imported into the arpeggiator and switch to chord mode. The song switches between C and Csus4 every two beats and I basically have 1/16th of a bar to to switch the chord position (I know, just an E to an F - not hard is it?) but am not catching is cleanly every time.

Is there a better way of doing this please?
