I have not been to Wisconsin in over 20 years. How are the curds out there? Probably not very popular now that summer vacation season is long over. Visit a cheese factory and pick up a bag of fresh ones.

I live in Wisconsin and I hate it. We're notorious for milk, beer and cheese.. COME ON! GRrr..!

Where you at, Phil?

According to weather.com the Sunday overnight low for Madison is supposed to be 28 degrees? Is this right? You will be eating frozen cheese at that temperature.

Awww. Madison isn't that bad. A little cheezy though...

I'm back!! Quick trip. It was pretty damn cold Thursday night, I'm not sure what the temp was though. Seemed like a nice place, but good to be home.

Travel to Mauston or Green Bay, and you will really get chilled. I do not understand how the motels up there can afford to have a swimming pool. It must get used one month out of the year at most. Did you bring a camera or music gear on the trip?

There are heated pools ;) Although there are some crazy people who take part in an event called Polar Bears where they dive into icy water in winter... O_O - another reason I hate it here in Wisconsin is cold weather.
