surprisingly fugly
I'm shocked. The 1980's color scheme seems hokey and looks less classy than their other modern products. I hope this isn't a trend.

hahaha, i feel the same way. but look at it again in about a week's time. it wont look as nasty as your first time. :Djsepeta wrote:I'm shocked. The 1980's color scheme seems hokey and looks less classy than their other modern products. I hope this isn't a trend.

Unless you're color-blind, color coding is a very great thing for usability.

OMG the thing is SEXY!!! On the outside,it's as retro as it gets. It makes me long for the days of my first love...my beloved SH-101. *sigh*
The Supernatural technology sounds really cool and the Howard Jones demo really highlights what this beast can do (expressive and complex timbre changes)
Unfortunately, it seems that sample-playback is out. So, if you're hoping to use it for all your live keyboard needs (including sampled background vocals, sampled sound effects, etc.), it looks like you'll have to lug around a sampler with you, as well.
The sounds are incredible, though! :-)
