MAXIMUM PAN left to 64 and R to 63: bug?

MAXIMUM PAN left to 64 and R to 63: bug?

My JUP was updated to 1.10 and this is still there.
Maxiumum PAN will go to 64 to the left and 63 to the right... is this a bug?

64 and Zero and 63 equals 128... It is probable something built into the software for sure.
