'Life on Jupiter v2' from Synthonia won't install.

Hey Folk,

I recently started using my jupiter 80 on stage again, and thought I would grab some nice floyd sounds from synthonia. 'Life on Jupiter v2'

All the files the have sent me load but don't add any new patches, except for one back-up set that only has half the sounds and a few randoms on. I think it must of been a back up from when they had a jp80 to test on.
In support of the problems I have been having they have sent me some other sounds which work just fine.
However the 'Life on Jupiter v2' still eludes me. Are there any jupiter 80 owners out there that have an intact copy. I am willing to provide screenshots of the files, and copies of the emails if required to prove I have purchased and downloaded the files. It just seems they no longer have a copy that works.

HELP please, I have spent hours upon hours trying to sort this out.

Reubz

Are you importing or restoring? Can you import just one register or patch? It's a shame Synthonia doesn't mention how much space you need to import all of the patches. When I got my JP-80, I instantly loaded (imported) some sounds from Axial just to realize that there was not enough space after the first load already. But I cannot remember if the JP actually states "Full" or just does not load.

I am restoring, not importing as per their instructions, their sounds seem to be clever registrations. As i said the other sounds they have given me in compensation have worked fine. I would just like the "life on Jupiter v2" sounds to work.

Did you try downloading the files again? Maybe the files were corrupted during download.
In the past I've backed up all my sounds and wiped the synth clean to demo other sound banks. Could be an option ... maybe synth doesn't have enough room to download all the Synthonia sounds
