Arpeggiator - more than one at a time

Hi Can anyone let me know if its possible to have more than one Arpeggiator pattern running on a live set/registration? Ideally i would set two for the lower parts, and switch between them, and play the upper part with another sound? Or perhaps one for the upper and one for the lower part.
