I recently aquired a Roland SH-1000 synth, which at the time was not working.
After having it fixed it came to my attention that the resonance filter was not working. That is to say there's a slight amount of sound coming through but not like it's supposed to.
Has anyone experienced this? Is it easy to fix?
When the synth was fixed several components were replaced in the VCA and VCO circuit.
I don't know if they're called the same in english but according to the repair note an IC circuit uA741, a transistor 2SK30A-Y and 3 diode's were replaced.
Can the replacement parts influence whether the resonance filter works or not?
