SH101 Keyboard problem

Post by dancelwerk »

Hi to all, I am having some issues with my sh101, apart of the famous problem of the switch, since a few days I am having another problem, when I play the keyboard, doesn't make the natural scale do, re, mi, etc, when I play the first key give me the F3, but when I play the next semitone F#3 give me again F3, G3 good, G#3 good, A3 give again C#3, and this patter continue until the end of the keyboard, but the tuning is correct if you compares the good keys with other other synth. It is only that repeat notes.

I try to calibrate the D/A converter with the trims and all is ok except DA Linearity gives me only 2.47 V, I can't go further of this voltage the trim is on the top, the manual of Roland suggest 2.50 +/-1mV.

I am thinking change the TL062 chips and 4050 but i am not sure if the problem is in CPU.

I hope your answers and advices.

Thanks in advance.

Fernando.
