hi all
suddenly i open it no sound and looking freezing like this no controle for the switches and when make reset the big lcd change to reset but i need to press enter but no controle for switches....and small lcd is just alwyes squares on top

.i went to roland service center they not accept because its old model
Any one experience this?

How many view without any answeR? I need help with any idea i depend on that great fourms for my repaire

The JV-1000 is somewhat notorious for powersupply problems. Open it up and check all the soldering joints on the powersupply board. Better reheat them all with a soldering iron. Replace the CR2032 battery while you're in there and try again.
