Help me to identify the synth

Hi! I wish anyone can me to identify the synth which has this «DigiMallet» sound (attached).
I don't know composer, but this music was on CD 2004 year. So this sound should be from synth 90's or early 2000s. I inedtify, that composer used JV2080 and JD800. But this synth didn't have the sound I'm looking for (DigiMallet).

I think it might be two sounds layered together.
