Roland RD 600

New to this forum.
I bought a Roland RD 600 to my daughter (9 years old) and i have a MPC One to sequence and record.
Usually kid stuff and jazz, and some other stuff as well.

There is a light that keep flashing on the MPC, midi in and out.
Now, i’m not so much of a midi guy, have not used it so much, I usually go straight to audio.
To my understanding it is active senseing going on, it is pulsating all the time.
I have looked in the manual and found the active senseing in the midi chart, but i can not find a way to disable it.
Is there a way this can be deactivated?
