DS Tone Manager with Juno DS-76

I have recently installed Juno DS Tone manger on my Windows 10 PC and it is communicating with my Juno DS-76.

In the Librarian, if you select Mode: Patch, and Category: All, it just shows a list of 'INIT' patches from 501 to 756. Should this not show all the patches pre-loaded into the DS? All of the sub-categories have no entries.

I can see the patches in the Editor.

I am new to this so maybe not understanding how it works.
