U-20 Contact Strips

About three years ago, I had my U-20 refreshed with a new key bed assembly to resolve the issue of unstable glue and dropping key weights.

I was curious, does the new key bed assembly that Roland provided also take care of the sometimes faulty contact strips issue as well?
