U-20 editor software

Hi,
My question :
Is there any chance that there is somewhere sound editor or librarian that works on windows 7?
I have misi -usb cable because I don't have older pc with windows 95 and older midi-pc cable.
I would like to program my timbre and sounds cause it's easier then on U-20,... taking so much time..
So, you U-20 freaks outhere, please come in! :-)
