i'm happy for you to been able to buy that cd's
now on synthline'section it is only present ONE product
the n?19....possible?
take care of your cd's....are rare now...also
kontakt,exs24,halion and many other sections are EMPTY,
i wrote 5 mails to them...no answer at all...

yes i know i can download the xv5080 patches for my fantom x6,but it would have been easy and fair to have the D50 and XV5080 presets ready to be loaded away from my keyboard on my notebook,in kontakt for example and to play them with Ozonic....or maybe on my Extreme...
also i don't understand why Roland doesn't release a D50 VST?...,after 'v see the FM7 and the Wavestation (Legacy from Korg)strongly don't understand why....bah...strange behaviour of the marketing i presume...,or maybe to avoid a contrast with the card for the V.synth......so that CD of the D50 would have been the clue to reach my point..,no soft version of the D50..ok...let's load it on my kontakt....

by the way, returning to my point,no traces of D50 samples on the net,the nicebeats for my knowledge was the only one....
maybe 's not....what do you think??
when i see a company acting like this i feel a little
sad..
thanks however

i've loved fantom and tritons then i've found my Oasys..i'm dead...i haven't money for the water...

Yeah, I just checked their site again and it has totally changed...German only, no English...though you can still choose the dollar as currency of choice (instead of Euros). Makes me wonder if I was their last US customer!

well, maybe it's august for them too..
but...this lack of dialogue with their possible
users...well for me it's so...unpleasant....
i'll find another way to match that samples
on my machines....
maybe someone here knows already how...
bye

another nicebeats site change...totally absurd
now their site is reduced to 1! page...
well what can i say...
i didn't think it would be so hard to find D50 samples....
or although someone to speak about it...
only here someone as nathan is so gentle to explain me
som'thin...
so here and only here i'm gonna ask ...
does exist someome who knows in which Sample cds...is
hidden the D50 treasure?

thanks

this is my experience about the traces of the glorious D50...

xx LArge pads
analog meltdown
samploscopie 2 by u.s.b
infinity samples . com
Chainer

then the vst ?
Dash Eve + the 4 pack add on
Atmosphere? xv series ?
Hypersonic ? xv series ?

now it's up to you

Did a preliminary search for D-50 samples and immediately came across the following file, which I downloaded: swd50.zip. Here's what it contains, as stated in its text file:

"SOUNDS FROM THE ROLAND D50: (Note: Default sample point is C3)

Card sounds taken from ROM card 01. Internal from my own memory.

Zip letter refers to zip file the sample is in (ie, a sample labeled A will be in s16d50a.zip)

Sound name(zip) Patch Notes
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
d50-01.wav B I15 - Glass Voices Ethereal voice patch; sampled at C2

d50-02.wav E I21 - Lead Axel F Lead type synthesizer; three note hits, of varying velocity; CUSTOM PATCH

d50-03.wav B I34 - BrassSciFiStrings Brass pad with spacey synth; CUSTOM PATCH

d50-04.wav A I48 - DigitalNativeDnce Famous patch with dance sweep at end

d50-05.wav C I47 - Spacious Sweep Nice sweeping patch; sampled at C1, full volume

d50-06.wav D I41 - Fantasia The standard New Age electronic sound; sampled at C2

d50-07.wav B I65 - Nylon Atmosphere Nice chink sound

d50-08.wav C I76 - Soundtrack Very common fifth-breathy synth patch; sampled at C2

d50-09.wav E I83 - Orient XPRESS Oriental-sounding fifth echoing lead patch; CUSTOM PATCH

d50-10.wav E I73 - Ethnic Fifths Ethnic leadish type sound;
release triggers portamento

d50-11.wav B I74 - Stringz and Bellz Just as it says; 2 volumes recorded

d50-12.wav D I75 - ISIS Ethereal, Soundtrack-like fifth patch; sampled at C2

d50-13.wav E I44 - Pizzagog A good orchestral pizz sample

d50-14.wav D I45 - Fried Nintendo Random electronic blippers and bloppers; CUSTOM PATCH

d50-15.wav C I77 - O K Chorale
Deep choral-sounding synth; sampled at C2

d50-16.wav A I67 - Schmoo Me Neat schmooie solo sound; CUSTOM PATCH

d50-17.wav D I66 - Shakuhuchi Standard New Age type whistle sound

d50-18.wav F C84 - Vox Harmonium Sweeping pad sound, with some aftertouch FX applied to the end of the sample; sampled at C1

d50-19.wav C C83 - Thinful Odd chorus sound; sampled at C2 and C3

d50-20.wav E C81 - Star Peace Chorus Nice female vocal sound

d50-21.wav E C62 - Synth Lead 2 Beepy lead sound; sampled three times at various volumes

d50-22.wav E C18 - Baroque Strings Strings from the era of Bach

d50-23.wav D C15 - Deep String Ens. Deep, forboding strings, sampled at C1

d50-24.wav D I51 - Aqua A lute with water in the background; CUSTOM

d50-25.wav A I56 - Clock Factory FX loop patch; sampled at C2

TOTAL ROLAND D-50 SAMPLES: 25 (18839688 bytes)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

I imagine that by doing an online search you will be able to find a decent amount of D-50 samples because it was a popular keyboard that has been around awhile. Happy hunting!

i was reading the gear list used in the Spectrasonic Atmosphere
Roland Jupiter 8
Roland MKS-80 Super Jupiter
Roland MKS-70 Super JX-10
Roland S-760 samplers
Roland S-770 sampler
Roland JD-800
Roland JD-990

Roland D-550.......Here it is!!!!!!

Roland JP-8000
Roland JV-90
Roland JV-1080
Roland JV-2080

Roland XV-5080..and here's the next.

So maybe...if nicebeats is dead i think i will make almost
the same with this beauty plug-in,is not the same,is not less,
it's a sort of different approachin..to the "problem".

bisibuuu man,...
I don't want to be rude. I'm just kidding - really.
But this thread looks more like a "bisibuuu BLOG" than a thread from Fantomized.
I think you've just beated the number of consecutive posts from the same user.

I'm just here to brake the chain :-)))))
