ARTEMIO - VC-1 patches

Post by V-CeeOh »

I had experienced some problems with your VC-1 patch file - my D-50 hangs up when I dump the file. I've just registered in V-tribe, a more convenient forum to talk about this and I'll try to follow up this over there.

Fix:

Hmm, that's odd... Yes, it would be cool if you ask this question at the V-Tribe. There are some folks which have/had a D-50, and they seem to know the tricks.

Hi guys, I'm the US Nicebeats rep. I've been selling Nicebeats discs off my ebay store - www.vintage-synth.com -- and although I cannot talk about it in much detail, there may have been some pressure from Roland regarding the legality of certain samples. But I believe the main reason why some products were brought down from their website was a lack of sales AND the fact that they've been retooling their website's database. If you have a desire to pick up Nicebeats discs, you can always contact me via the store and sometimes I lurk around here because I've got a Fantom-S and it's far more synth than my D-550...

I've really been looking for some decent D50 samples. However considering i've been planning to get a new synth action controller to use with my X8, i've contemplated just going about and trying to hunt down a nm-m condition D50. If anyone knows, would the D50 make an adequate secondary controller for the Fantom?
