Recommend a 25 key ployphonic synth

Hi all,

I would like to buy a small synth that would sit on my lap so I can play around with ideas while sitting in front of the tv etc.

I'd prefer a 25 full size keys board,polyphonic to something like 8 notes.

What would you recommend? Alesis? Novation? Korg? make not important...something around £300 or less.

M-Audio's Axiom 25 is a quality controller. Very solid build. Good range of controls. And it has a loop button too, which many don't.

- Korg MicroX (around 500 €)

A much more flexible option (and expensive too...):
- PCR-300 and a SonicCell !!! (around 750 €)

A friend of mine has Novation's XioSynth 25 and he says it's awesome. It goes for around $250.
