The Best Hammond B3 Emulation !!!

Post by lang1977 »

I know I know it's not a roland but this is the best B3 emulation i've heard. I really wish my FantomX7 could that!!!

Clavia has always been realy ace at the organ emulations. This is a continuation of their excellence, But I do believe you posted this in the wrong section. This should be in the "other Gear" section. :)

My organ sounds now come from a Nord Electro Mk II.

I'm totally satisfied but the GrandPiano is always done by my Fantom X-6.

I've always liked Clavia products.

The one thing that didn't impress me was the keyboard action on their Nord Lead 2X. But on the other hand, you get what you pay for, and that board is cha-heeep. I am quite impressed with the Hammond stuff that they have done as well. The keyboard that you mention is too heavy for me, physically, but I agree that they do a stunning job on that stuff.

There is nothing wrong with supplementing a great keyboard. If all you do is add to a Roland-based system, you'll be preserving the Roland sounds for your ears. Although you can't really get enough of the sounds therein, it doesn't hurt to stray from time to time.

Absynth's make the heart grow fonder (for Roland...)
