2900 euros.... a bit too much for virtual analog.... however arturia is said to be good at that.... for that price you could get a real arp 2600 ( or some other synth) and i believe it'd be better than the emulation

2900 euro? My God... for that price I could get more than 5 great real analog synths.

Where do think they come up with these prices?

Maybe they only have the ability to make a couple at a time and are afraid to sell to many. ;-)

I use their software synths (CS-80 and Moog Modular) and I find them to be the next best thing to real. I'm never going to have a Moog Modular or a Yamaha CS-80 so it's nice to be able to experience them virtually. But I have to agree the price for this hardware shell which basically serves all their virtual emulations is WAY out of line. Plus you have to watch it with Arturia. They have a pretty poor track record when it comes to customer support.
