K&M Spider Pro Keyboard Stand - help needed

Hi Guys from across the pond in the UK
just got my new stand all setup, but i cant get the top keyboard to sit level, i dont mind it tilting down, but would prefer it raised up and level if possible, can this be done?
i cant see how as ive tried to get each of the top tiers to do this

From reading reviews, the spider pro is built with the top arms tilting at 15 degrees. However you can fit a set of third extensions on the spider pro.

The regular spider stand is designed with 2 sets of horizontal arms which you will see in the link below, under the family header.
