Compatibility fantom fa76 and xv2020

Hi everybody,

I have a fantom fa76 that I love and I use it with my band (prog metal).
I created most of the patches I use with it but it's more or less one month that we've moved in a different studio that is very far from where I live.
Since I don't drive and I have to go there with taxis or buses, I was thinking to lighten my gear with the possibility to lose most of my sounds (I'd prefer to avoid it).
I found a xv2020 for 100 euro and I was guessing if it is compatible with my fa76.
Can i swap patches between the fa76 and the xv2020?
I know that I can do it with the xv5080, but it would be great if there is compatibility even with the smaller 2020.

It should be compatible.

Have you tried it with the 5080?

I think the FA-76 even used the same wave-form names as the XVs, but the 2020 doesn't have all the waveforms of the 5080.
