do you have a volt-meter to check if the CR2032 battery has 3 volts?

Hopefully you backed up the internal data of the JV30 before changing the battery..

You may need to do a factory redet of the JV30 to clear the low battery warning;
(From Roland's factory reset list)
JV-30 : Press CHORUS and REVERB (above INITIALIZE) simultaneously. Press VALUE UP (^)

another hint: check if the battery holder on JV PCB is clean (I mean, if it has bad electric contact it will prejudice the battery meter).

So the problem should be on hardware (p.c. board, capacitors, etc).
