rolamd xp 30 switch panel

hello every one i have roland xp30 i open it to clean and suddenly i found last switches panel number( c )not working and one light only getting on in that panel and i check all the wires is ok and any one have any idea? and why that only? because the other panel a and b are working so maybe ic? and when i shorted the pins i see effect on the panel but still no light
