PERFORM AND RHYTHM PROBLEM on XP-50

Hi there, i have a problem with my xp50 recently between the INC and DEC button and the encoder. Here's the problem, I'm in the PERFORM section, when i press the INC or DEC button, RHYTHM patches also change incrementing as what i did in PERFORM section, same as when i turn the encoder knob. Same as when i'm in RHYTHM, PERFORM patches also change. And sometimes no sound coming out when i shift to RHYTHM.

I made a lot of layered sound, when i reset the system, NO SOUND GONE but the problem still there.

Anyone who experience this problem before or anyone who knows the solution please let me know. It will be a great help.
