Modern day JD800?
Modern day JD800?
I've always been a fan of the JD800, particularly Rick Wakeman's use of its throaty, wah wah like hard sync lead sounds. As JD800's seem to be difficult to come by, and, as I hear, difficult to maintain, I'm curious as to if there's a synth on the market today that can cover the sonic territory of the JD800, within a respectable margin. Thanks.
Re: Modern day JD800?
Nothing compares to the JD800 today, expecially for the several controllers it features.
You can obtain the same timbres, perhaps a step further, with a JD-990 + SRJV80-04
