XP-50
XP-50
Hello guys, I'm new to the forum. I have an XP-50 purchased in 1996, kept very well and always used in my home office, it is a gem, perfect until I last used it. This morning I turned it on after almost a year that it was off and to my surprise I realized that the USER MEMORY DAMAGE message appears when I turn it on and I don't hear any sound. The function keys do not perform the correct operation, it all seems to go crazy, this does not allow me to do a factory reset. I tried turning it off and off but the problem remains. I checked the internal battery but it's still perfect. What can I do? can anyone give me some answers? Very thanks
