Hi, just joined this forum in the hope of finding some answers to my problem.
I have an XP50 that a few years ago started to experience some audio problems, then it got to the point of no sound coming from it. Either from the L/R outputs or the headphone socket.
From previous searches online it seemed to be the main board that causes issues, so I sent the board to a friend who fixes electronics and he changed all the capacitors on the board. He reported that all but one had failed and that we had caught it before too much damage was done to the board.
I've fitted it all back in, but there is still no audio. I have done a factory reset (as the display was acting up). Display is all good now. I have also checked the levels on the patches and they are all set to full levels.
Where should I look now? Does anyone have schematics for this keyboard?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should contact a Roland service center:
https://www.roland.com/fr/support/service_centers-1/
There's a link to the service manual in the Roland XP50 LCD Display Problems:

Re: Just got an XP50 with no sound
Just watched a YT video of a guy who repaired his defunct XP-50.
He replaced each and every cap aka condensator (capacity) on the main board.
It's less complucated than it looks. Just follow his instructions and practice soldering a bit with some old electronics.

Will do the same with my JX-305 buttons soon. They are not reliable anymore.
