JM Jarre used a few of the presets during his 1997 Oxygene tour, can't recall the names off hand, but they were Presets for sure Feedback Osc sounds to give some distorted leads, one was used for an Intro to MF2 and the other was used on the Revolutions track.

He's quite a Preset user of many synths(except his Analogs for obvious reasons)although even then he used the "Jonathan Seagull" sound from the ARP2600 patchbook on Oxygene part 6.

I was fortunate enough to visit with Edgar Winter prior to a performance at Tulalip Tribal Casino in Washington State in 2009. He had a Roland JP8000 modified with a shoulder strap so he could walk about stage as he played. Much to my delight he took special interest in me as I owned a JP8000. We talked for nearly 25 minutes before a band member reminded him that the show was about to start. At any rate, Edgar really loves the 8000 and the rack mount 8800 units; he said he had two. He told me that he would be playing the 8000 during the encore tune, "Frankenstein". I was blown away by the performance he and his mates put out! But when he did Frankenstein, the hair stood up on the back of my neck! AWESOME! I have not been able to find any live performance video with Edgar playing the 8000, but I think I know the patch he used for Frankenstein. In the User Patch Bank B73 there is a patch called "Pin Matrix",you will find this patch mimics the performance very closely matching the ARP2600 patch Edgar used in the 1970's for this monster tune. Look for Edgar Winter's Frankenstein on YouTube; you will find a 1973 performance of Frankenstein using the ARP2600. Really awesome unit the JP8000!
