Restoring Registration HELP

I created a new synth tone and Live Set for a song and accidently initialised a couple of the factory Live Sets. I ran a back up but but I presume this probably saved the errors I had created also so I then exported all my own Live Sets and tones.
I then did a factory reset. After this I imported my tones and Live Sets which worked fine.
When I came to to import my Registrations from the file I had created as a backup which contains 63 Registrations it work fine importing them one by one until I got to the 43rd Registration. Every time I try to import any more Registrations it tells me It can’t import because I haven’t marked them although in reality I have. I did rename the .svd file when I saved it.

Has anyone any ideas how I recover the rest of my Registrations before I need to play my next gig which is in a few days time?
