Need help with a patch. (Details inside)

I need to know what setting to use to make pitch start one octave up and stay there until I release they key, at which point it descends to the actual note as it fades. For example, I hit A4, but it’s immediately A5 u til release, then glides down to A4. I hope that makes sense. Note, the answer is not portamento.
