Solo instrument not sounding on all notes (solved)

I was trying to use a synth sound in the Solo layer of a Registration and found that not all notes were sounding properly. It sounded like it had reached the polyphony limit, but that didn't seem possible.

I eventually found that this was due to a Solo setting which limits the polyphony for the Solo layer (I guess to make acoustic instruments sound more realistic). To adjust this setting, see below:

On the main screen, press SHIFT+F3 to enter the SOLO setting:


Press F6 to go to the next page:


Check the Mono/Poly setting and adjust it:

It may be set to something like MONO or SOLO1, so change it to POLY.
