Downloaded and installed all latest i7 module software, drivers and VSTi editor for PC win7. Notes play perfectly through the USB connection via my software sequencer and master keyboard and the i7's USB LED indicates activity. The VSTi surround editor GUI displays fully and you can even mute each channel with the PC's mouse.
However the i7 GUI shows "Unit not Connected" and it doesn't display the voices loaded. I've tried both i7 connections on the midi input/output port selection boxes without result.
Anyone had this VSTi working fully in Win7? Can't think of an obvious error I've made and I've read the install notes thoroughly.
