Big Synth Guitar Patch?

Performing a live cover of 'Barrel of a Gun' by Depeche Mode in my set and wondered if anyone had come across a big synth guitar type patch.

It's a single note guitar run on the chorus and although the guitars are ace, they are a bit thin for this.

Any advice/ideas would be appreciated.
