I have a simple question about the SN-S Patches (Pulsating) from Patch 197 to 242.
How can I change the Speed of the Pulsating effect of those Patches?
Any idea?

Under Menu -> System -> Sync/Tempo, change the tempo.
Alternatively, change the sync mode to slave. Set the clock source to USB (if controlling from your computer via USB) or MIDI (for 5-pin MIDI from a DAW or controller). Set your controller or DAW as MIDI master and change the tempo from there.
