Would mounting an Integra 7 in this desk work? I have no idea why they make the side racks slanted. Except for the slanted racks - this desk looks perfect.

I have no experience with that particular desk, but the Integra is 2U, so should fit easily based on the specs listed on the Sweetwater page you linked.
Re: Argosy Dual 15K-803
I was going to say if you go to the Argosy site, they have other rack configurations available for the side pods which are more vertical, but it looks like that is no longer the case.
Many years back I worked at a media production studio and had a Dual 15K that had two straight-up racks on either side. (Wish I had taken a picture of it!) Doesn't look like the configuration I had back then is available anymore.
It worked well for me at the time, but today I would actually probably prefer the sleeker, more angled look, which is optimized for ergonomics. Either way, I will say that those Argosy Consoles are top-notch and definitely worth the *premium* cost. From the hefty construction to the way you can run all your cabling cleanly and neatly within the interior of the desk, everything about those units exudes quality and makes your setup into a unified whole. It's like the cockpit of a spaceship that puts every important control and connection within reasonable reach.
EDIT: If you go here: http://www.argosyconsole.com/argosy_dual15.html, on the right, you can see the version I had -- the D15 808. If you click the image, it takes you to the configurator page, but the 808 and 356 racks aren't listed as options :(
