Volume Issues in I7

I recently posted regarding reset all controllers. I have worked with Roland tech support and a friend of mine from a pretty well known organization. Roland could not solve my volume issues regarding volume levels playing between channels in the same studio set and also switching back and forth between studio sets. There is no control. We ran the I7 against two other manufacturers and they both function 100% with the same controllers. I can be more specific if need be. The I7 is not a good unit for live play. Hopefully they update the OS. I wish I would have known this before I spent my hard earned money!
