iPad Editor Won't Load Axial Tones

The Integra 7 iPad Editor has a major flaw. When I go to change a tone, the list of tones start to load up, I see activity on the USB LED, all the preset tones in the list load, but at some point it all stops and many of the user tones don't finish loading. Worst of all, I can't change tones at all at this point. I have many user tones installed from the Axial site. This makes the iPad editor completely useless to me. Help!
