Integra-7 vst3 with MOTU Digital Performer

Anyone have luck getting the VST for the Integra-7 to work in MOTU's Digital Performer?

Sometimes I can get the vst to open, but when I try to do the "Utility/Device" to "connect it, It says there's no midi connected. I'm using a usb from a windows 10 computer.
