Screen Failure

Hello
I have a 7 month old Integra 7 and I powered it up and no screen. Seems to come on as i can hear it in my monitors quietly pop but no screen visability,
Anyone ever had this happen before?

Sweetwater wants to find out what is going on so off to Indiana it goes.
