Saving or Accessing Studio Set in DAW Mode Causes Issues

I thought I had fixed this issue, but it's just started happening again the last few days. When I switch to DAW mode and then try to access or save a Studio Set the first patch or the active patch gets wiped out. See screenshot.

Anybody know what could be causing this?

I've had the same issue for a long time . Hopefully someone will have a fix
