No mention of WaveROM size though, would be nice to know.

You simply substitute any of the 16 channels to use with an external device instead of the internal one.

They never give that on SuperNatural (acoustic) tones, which are a combination of wave samples and modeling, making the figure kind of not useful anyway, in that there is no meaningful way to compare it to anything else. But the XV-5080 PCM tones are a known set of 64 mb of wave data, and the two virtual expansion slots would combine for another 128 mb.

Oh right so the X doesn't have the G's External page? Didn't know. The External page on the G is pretty handy.

Not all the Manuals are available yet.
There is at least two of them missing:

- The Owners manual
- And maybe one of the most important ones... The Parameter Guide

I've been trying to find any info about effects routing, for example, and all refers to the Parameter Guide.
Maybe they will release it only when the machines are available for buyers

Thanks for that. I thought I was missing huge chunks of info when trying to learn about editing just from the book. I'll keep an eye out for the additional pdf's.

Hi,
Thought I was missing out here with the 'Owners Manual' download still to come. Just downloaded it (Owner AE Manual) but turned out to be the Reference Manual (122 pages).

cheers
