I thought it was a musical instrument, I get it if you need a certain spec of computer for rendering or gaming, but for a musical instrument if it provides inspiration and does what you need, not so much.

I sometimes take waveROM specification as an additional criterion to assess the quality of sounds, but listening is much more important of course.
Regarding the FA, the only clear data available (indirectly) is the waveROM size of the XV5080 Section. It has 64 MB waveROM (calculated in 16bit format, as usual). The EXP expansions probably have around 50 MB waveROM, as they are slightly reduced, and the Original SRX boards have 64 MB each.
