Mixer Automation in the onboard sequencer possible?

Sorry if this has been answered before. Is there any way to make changes via the sequencer to the mixer's volume / panning / chorus / reverb?

Of courese, when you use in the tracks the controler 7 (Volume), 10 (Pan), 91 (Reverb) and 93 (Chorus).

A good way is to use real time recording with the knobs. This could be done per track and is very useful to record automated mixes of volume, panning etc.
