how to sample from MP3

Hi Guys. I've had my FA08 a few months now but as yet not done any sampling. Can anyone explain how I make a sample from my Ipod. What connections do I need ? I have a short backing track which I would like to sample. Thanks for your patience ! Bimmo 1

iPod headphone jack to FA, set sampler to record, cue song and press start. PG 79 of the manual.
