Changing from 4/4 meter for recording

Post by dmc092657 »

Hello -

I have to record something that's in 6/8 time. I see at that 4/4 is displayed the top of the display panel. Is there a way to change this to 6/8 ? I'm discovering that when I record a bar of drums in 6/8 time and try to quantize it, the result is all different & out of tempo. I believe its because the meter was set to 4/4 when recorded.

In Microscope Edit press View, then change the first Value from Track to Time Signature. Now you can change the Time Signature in Microscope Edit to the Value, you want.
