FA-08 Cover

Post by husker »

Does anyone have any good suggestions for a good FA-08 cover? I have a cheapy, but it does not fit the board well.

Depends what you want to protect it from, i only need a dust cover so use Gator GKC 88 (or 49/61) for pretty much all my keys - it's got a draw string so you put the cover over the top and then you can pull it tight underneath.

Doesn't offer any kind of impact protection though.

That is actually the one I have - it just doesn't fit very well for me. I only need dust protection, the board never moves.

Viktory in Germany make decent ones. About 35 USD if I remember, but I got one with fake leather (I have cats so didn't want the fur to stick to the cover like velvet or other fabric materials). It's also waterproof which is nice.

You'll have to get this auction, then buy the material add-on auction for other materials if you want the fake leather (they also do real leather).
