How to change a time signature mid-song ?

Hello -

Just wanted to find out if its possible to change a time signature for a range of measures rather than just an entire song ? For example, I'm trying to work up some backing tracks to the Beatles' "Here Comes the Sun". As you all probably know, the song starts in standard 4/4 but then the bridge changes to 5 sequences of 11/8 followed by 15/8 before going back to 4/4 for the last verse. Is it possible to accomplish this ? I know how to change it for an entire song. But when I try to target for a specific measure(s), it appears to default to measure 1.

Suggestions ?

Thank you !
